A beautiful wide blade zoysiagrass, VERY similar to Empire Zoysia, is a medium to coarse textured turf noted for it's shade tolerance and low water use requirements. It has rapid regeneration characteristics (in warm weather), low thatching, and can tolerate close mowing. It is very salt tolerant and cold hardy.
